Trumpist media = Conservative or right-wing outlets that predominantly support him. Doesn’t mean they can never be critical about anything, just that they tend towards coverage and commentary that favors Trump and his preferred narrative. Fox (namely the commentary-not-news parts, like Hannity and Tucker Carlson), Breitbart, the Federalist, Daily Caller, Gateway Pundit, maybe InfoWars too.

Another way to think of it: not MSM, not liberal outlets like MSNBC, and not NeverTrump or Trump-skeptic conservative publications like the Weekly Standard.
