That’s an important distinction. I did not support Trump as a candidate, but before he was president, it wasn’t unreasonable for voters to imagine that his presidency would be something positive, and perfectly reasonable to compare him to the other major candidate. But now that we’ve seen what his presidency is actually like, supporting him has… taken on a different character.
