That’s an easy one: No, her right to free speech wasn’t censored, because she hasn’t been arrested and prosecuted for things she said. No one has a right to work for a company even if the company believes the employee is doing things that are bad for the company’s brand.

Did Disney make a reasonable decision? That’s a more complicated question. But the question about rights is straightforward.
