That’s a good question. Ron Paul’s definitely pre-internet. I don’t know enough about Celente or Stockman, but I think you could make a decent case for Taibbi.

I don’t think this phenomenon is coincidental or orchestrated or anything like that. More a natural consequence of a myopic focus on tearing down the Western establishment. That guiding principle means internet radicals end up defending, directly or indirectly, various others that are also fighting against the Western establishment. And one of the most prominent actors doing that now is the Russian government.
