Thank you. That means a lot. I’m proud of this one, and kind of disappointed it hasn’t gotten as much play as other things I’ve written that I think weren’t as strong.

That leads to speculation and second-guessing. The Medium algorithm is quirky. A lot of attention is going to Hurricanes Harvey & Irma, North Korea, and DACA (quite reasonably). Maybe the title wasn’t attention-getting. Or maybe others find this less interesting than I do.

Hopefully it’ll get more engagement. Including, perhaps, from people who disagree with me.
