Of course it’s subjective. Who you think would make the best president is up to you, and varies by person based on what each cares about most.

After 3+ years of the Trump presidency, if you believe another term would be best for America, I doubt I can convince you otherwise.

My point is that what I called the “national standard” is the right one for both Supreme Court nominations and presidential elections, rather than a criminal trial standard or a civil trial standard. Not everyone will answer the questions posed by the national standard the same way. But those are the questions they should answer.
