I wrote this from more of an American perspective, but you’re right that Moon’s playing a major role. He seems to have a good sense of how to deal with both Trump and Kim.

However, I wonder if he’s too eager for a deal. It’s possible he falls into a similar trap as Kim Dae-jung and the Sunshine Policy if he can’t get a real breakthrough.
